Shipping:

We only ship to the United States.  We DO NOT add any fees to the shipping and handling charges. We generally use USPS; unless we see that it is more economical to use UPS. We usually ship items within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. This doesn’t mean you will receive it 1-2 business days, it means it will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.  How many days you receive it depends on the carrier in which order was sent. We will combine shipping! Combined shipping means we will take all items and package together to ship at whatever cost it is to send them combined; it does not mean you only pay for one item to be shipped.  If something is stated at free shipping, that item will not be figured into cost to ship. We will figure out the cheapest way to ship your entire order for you! Please make sure you have the correct shipping address in before you purchase and item.  We are not responsible for reshipping charges.  We also cannot alter the shipping address after an item is paid for, it is the buyers responsibility to make sure they have correct ship to address in.

Issues or concerns:

If there are any problems or concerns with anything you have purchased from us PLEASE contact us. Returns:

If any item is received broken or damaged; please contact us immediately.  All claims must be made within 3 days of receiving item. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving a return authorization from us. If item is not received in the 7 day period, the buyer agrees that the sale is final. Return shipping to be arranged and paid for by buyer, unless the problem was the fault of pvswholesale. If there is a problem with your order that was the fault of pvswholesale, such as a wrong item shipped or defective, we will take all steps necessary to make your order correct. Refund will be given as an exchange or money back less any original shipping & handling costs. The type of refund given is at pvswholesale’s discretion. All returns require a return number; which will be given when the buyer contacts us about the return. All items must be returned in all of the original packaging, including cartons, boxes, etc. and must include all items originally received.
