RETURN POLICY
Please DO NOT BUY if you do not agree to below terms and conditions as this listing is for serious buyers only!
(1) For ALL products listed in my Categories under Promotions, Asian Spices, Candy and Sweets, Coffee Gourmet, Dental Care, Health, Oriental Spices, Premium Tea, and Snacks, and Skin Care, there will be NO RETURNS accepted as these are perishable and/or medicinal items.(2) For any products listed under categories Baby and Me, Collectables, HairCare, PC/MAC games, and Others, any faulty item must be reported within 3 days from item sold date, and items to be returned to us within 14 business days.(3) Buyer to bear FULL RETURN POSTAGE cost for any items returned to us.(4) Item returned must be in its original packing with full contents as stated in the box. (5) NO REFUNDS will be made if item is not expired, or bought wrongly, or if item's packaging is damaged in transit. (6) For LOST ITEMS, if you have not opt for registered tracking postage, refunds will only be made to item cost sold, excluding postage cost.*** NOTE ***We take extra care to ensure all our items sold are sealed and in original packaging, with expiry dates at least 12 months after item sold date, and extra care has been taken to ensure the item is packed nicely.
However, it is not within our control if the customs officers were to inspect the item and in the process has open the package for inspection. Any returns due to this aspect will not be accepted.

LOST ITEMS

Items listed are shipped using standard international post. If item is lost in transit, there is no way for us to trace the whereabouts of your item, hence we will encourage you to have the item sent to you via registered post with tracking reference .

If item is lost and where item is shipped using registered tracking reference, we will contact local postal agent to trace the whereabouts. This takes around 3-4 weeks, and we seek your patience while the postal agent is investigating the lost item.

Once postal agent advises that item is really lost in transit, we will only refund you the cost of item excluding postage cost you'd paid, as we did send out the item to you.
