The waist trimmer works, I brought waist trimmer at walmart and and went to the gym. I realize how it works, not only you lost alot of water weight, which is still good for your abs. However the next day my stomach felt like I did a hundred situps and other series abs exercises. This how you can get a great workout with the abs trimmer, tie it around your waist line as tight as you can get it, see when your stomach moves out and in the samething as you breathing, your abs muscle is pushing the trimmer out like lifting weights. So actually you get a burn out and a workout. I know I'm getting a great workout just because I felt the sameway when I do situps with out the trimmer and then the next day I feel that great workout pain. But you have to workout the same way you been doing when you didnt have the waist trimmer. The waist trimmer is just help mate just like food is with weightlifting. I love this product it gives me 10 times more abs exercise then without it. I do believe it will help you, only if you are determine to get in shape and always working out.
