Exercise during Pregnancy for Smaller Baby

6. Some studies have shown that exercise may even lower a woman's risk of complications, like preeclampsia and gestational diabetes.

Before starting the exercise when pregnant, it is very important to consult the doctor and also the exercises to be tried should come from a trained physician only. Many experts recommend walking because it’s easy to vary the pace, add hills, and add distance.
